So the document you write on Monday includes how you actually talk. The words you use. The words you would never use. How long your sentences run. Even where you put your emojis. And one of the tools you set up has a single job: it reads anything before it goes out and takes out the words that make writing sound like a machine wrote it. Kelly built that one because she had the same worry.
Why it has not worked so far
You have probably watched a few videos, or paid for a course, or had a play with ChatGPT. All of that shows you what AI can do in general. None of it sits down with your booking software, your customer list and your actual mess and gets the thing working.

Eleven things stop being your job. All of them get built on your business, on your laptop, and they are running before you go home. You own the lot. No monthly fee, no subscription to Kelly, nothing to cancel.

How the day runs
The moment you take your seat, Kelly emails you the instructions and a short tutorial video. You follow along, and ten minutes later Claude Code is installed on your laptop.
